Role Summary
As Executive Business Development Advisor, you will utilize your deep mortgage industry expertise and relationships to identify, initiate, and guide strategic sales engagements. This senior role leverages your trusted reputation and influence to open doors and create new selling opportunities for Marr Labs at top lending institutions and technology providers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic connector, making introductions and strengthening executive-level relationships with mortgage lenders, banks, and fintechs
- Advise Marr Labs’ executive team on emerging trends and critical opportunities in the mortgage sector
- Guide sales engagements at the highest levels: shaping approaches, helping tailor value propositions, and facilitating negotiations
- Represent Marr Labs at industry conferences, events, and in executive meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Help collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to inform sales and product strategy
- Make warm introductions to potential buyers to Marr Labs and follow through
Qualifications
- 10–25 years of leadership or business development experience in the mortgage lending industry, with extensive peer recognition
- Well-established, broad network of executive contacts at major mortgage lenders, technology providers, and industry organizations
- Proven ability to create and capitalize on new business opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor, connector, and strategic influencer
Benefits & Perks
- Attractive executive compensation package plus performance incentives. Base salary is expected to be in the range of $130,000 to $190,000 per year.
