Role Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business for Marr Labs’ AI SaaS products by prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with enterprise clients. This inside sales role is ideal for early-career SaaS sellers eager to build deep product knowledge and establish trusted client relationships within the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and manage new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting tactics
  • Build relationships with prospects and identify how Marr Labs’ products solve their unique pain points
  • Conduct product demos and pitches tailored to senior decision makers
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and pipeline metrics
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape product development

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of inside sales experience in SaaS or software, preferably B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close deals independently
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused, resilient, and driven to exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry or a keen interest in mortgage technologies (a plus)
